Browsing and ordering on Suvichar Book is simple: click "Buy Now" on any product page, review your cart items and quantity, enter your delivery address and contact details, and choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method. You will receive an on-screen order confirmation with your order reference ID.
We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable postal codes in India. When the delivery executive arrives at your address, you can pay via cash or via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) using the courier partner's handheld scanner.
No. The price displayed on the product and checkout summary is the final amount you pay. We do not add hidden handling surcharges, payment convenience fees, or unexpected delivery charges.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and packed within 24 to 48 business hours. Deliveries to metro and Tier-1 cities generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days, while other regions across India take approximately 5 to 7 business days depending on courier accessibility.
Once your order is handed over to our logistics partner, a notification containing the tracking AWB number and tracking portal link will be sent to your registered contact number. You can use this link to check the live transit status.
Yes, standard delivery is free across India on all eligible catalog products.
Returns & Cancellations
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 calendar days of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. The item must be unused, unwashed, and retained with its original tags and packaging. We request customers to record a short unboxing video upon receiving their parcel to enable quick verification.
Yes. If you wish to cancel an order or update your delivery address, please email our support team at support@sale.suvicharbook.com with your order reference number within 12-24 hours of placement before dispatch.
For verified returns of COD orders, refunds are directly transferred to your provided bank account or UPI ID via NEFT/IMPS within 5-7 business days after the returned product reaches our inspection facility.
