1. Delivery Coverage Across India
Suvichar Book delivers to all serviceable postal addresses across India. Because our contracted domestic logistics partners require an in-person physical handover and OTP verification upon delivery, we deliver to valid residential and commercial street addresses. Courier deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
Orders placed on our store are verified and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours. All merchandise undergoes a manual quality check and is packed in moisture-resistant poly-wrap and sturdy corrugated cartons before being handed over to national express logistics providers.
Please note: Shipments are dispatched on business days (Monday through Saturday). Logistics pickups are not scheduled on Sundays or national holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Typical transit times from dispatch to delivery:
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad): 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities and Regional Hubs: 4 to 6 business days.
- Remote Locations and Special Service Areas: 6 to 8 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders across India. The total price shown in your cart and at checkout is the exact amount payable, with no hidden shipping surcharges.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send an SMS and email notification containing your courier tracking number (AWB) and a direct tracking portal link. Tracking data usually becomes active within 12 to 24 hours of package pickup from our dispatch center.
6. Transit Safety & Damaged Parcels
All parcels are insured in transit. If you notice that the outer cardboard packaging is heavily torn, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package or ask the courier to note the outer damage on their delivery sheet. We also strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video as verification.
7. Address Corrections
If you need to adjust your delivery address after placing an order, please email support@sale.suvicharbook.com within 12 hours of order placement. Once the package has departed our regional fulfillment center, in-transit rerouting may not be possible.
